🔁 Return & Refund Policy – SELLEX

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


✅ Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The product is not damaged or altered

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Note:

  • Mobile accessories must be unopened/sealed to be eligible

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged


🔁 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (only if the item is defective or damaged)

Our support team will respond with the next steps.


💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via store credit or bank transfer


🚚 Return Shipping

  • In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

  • If the product is defective or the wrong item was received, we will cover the return shipping

  • We’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions once your request is approved


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

These items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used mobile accessories

  • Items without original packaging

  • Returns requested after the 7-day window

  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable
