1. When will my order be delivered?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.


2. How can I track my order?

Use the tracking link sent to your email, or visit our Track Order page and enter your tracking number.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major debit/credit cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes


4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for certain areas with a small additional fee of ₹40.
If available, you’ll see this option during checkout.


5. Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

Yes! Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Note: Opened mobile accessories and sale items are non-returnable.

6. How do I request a return?

Email us at sellexstorecare@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the return process.


7. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For COD orders, refunds may be issued via store credit or bank transfer.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India.


9. Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. All products sold on SELLEX are 100% genuine and thoroughly quality-checked before shipping.
